ABOUT ME

Nicole Nguyen is a Vietnamese-American aspiring writer/director from Northern Virginia, who spends time learning as a mentee from industry professionals and pursuing individual studies while working as a local production assistant.

Some of her past works include directing two episodes of Paramount's series called CONTENT FOR CHANGE INITIATIVE, a partnership between Paramount and Fresh Films, with George Cheeks, CEO of CBS, and DeDe Brown, Senior Vice President of Multicultural Marketing and Publicity as a FRESH FILMS alumni and intern. This upcoming series is created to help connect young storytellers with experienced members within the entertainment and media industry and learn about the industry's state and their advice for today's storytellers. She has also directed a few short films: "The Perfect Teen" (2021), "Under Mr. Rain's Umbrella" (2022), "Grandma's Kitchen" (2022), "Learn & Aprender" (2022), "Diner Cash-In Scene" (2022), and "In the Mood for Pizza" (upcoming).

Currently, she's writing a short film script and her first feature-length script while preparing to submit to screenwriting and filmmaker labs.
